If you choose not to submit billing information online you may submit credit card information via postal mail or fax. However, this process may take longer to receive your product(s). Your billing information will remain confidential and will only be used to process your request.
2. Submitting Feedback
If you have a question or concern, you may submit feedback via our Contact Us page. We request your name and email address in order to respond to your comments. It is our promise that your email address will not be sold or used for any other purpose other than responding to your questions or informing you about special promotions, new products or asking for your comments about how to improve our service.
