Returns

New Products: Only products in new condition and in original decorative packaging will be accepted for credit or exchange. 
All returns must be pre-authorized. 

Phone 1 – 250-579-8137(or e-mail Returns@mytotalkitchen.com and request a Return Merchandise authorization number within 10 days.  
If item is ordered with an incorrect size, then the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for two ways (out and back) and a 10% restocking fee.  

Defective Products:  Will be replaced within 15 days of sale, is item is in stock. 

If item is out of stock, replacement will occur as soon as item is available.  Contact customer service to make arrangements for returns.   

Replacement will not be issued until defective unit is returned.  Once defect has been confirmed then replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. 

Damaged Product:  Will be replaced as soon as shipping claim is resolved.  Contact returns@mytotalkitchen.com to initiate damage claim.  Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Warranties:  Manufacturer’s warranties apply on all products.
