Shipping & Handling
The standard means of shipping is UPS Ground Freight. This option has a tracking process to indicate an estimated date of arrival for a specified destination.
If customer would prefer a different method of shipping, please send a note to Info@mytotalkitchen.com and arrangements can be made to ship via an alternate route. Shipping costs often vary, but UPS calculator on this website, provides an estimated cost which is included when you place your order.
Is shipping available outside Continental USA?
Most of the products on this site are only shipped within the USA. If you would like to inquire whether a product can be shipped to Canada or Alaska, please send an e-mail to info@mytotalkitchen.com prior to placing an order.
Returns
Only products in new condition and in original decorative packaging will be accepted for credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized. (or e-mail Returns@mytotalkitchen.com and request a Return Merchandise authorization number within 15-days.
Customer pays 2-way freight (out and back) and a 10% restocking fee.
Defective Products:
Will be replaced within 15 days of sale. Contact customer service to arrange shipment. My Total Kitchen will issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization code for return of defective merchandise or customer may return another method at their expense.
Replacement will not be issued until defective unit is returned. My Total Kitchen will ship replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
Damaged Product: Will replaced as soon as shipping claim is resolved. Contact returns@mytotalkitchen.com to initiate damage claim. Replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Warranty: Manufacturer’s warranties apply on all products.
